There will be a storyline tournament for Rise of the Imperator held in Charleston, at Hobbytown USA, Saturday April 11th from 12:00PM – 7:00PM. Fee is $5.00

The rules for this storyline event are as follows:
- At least 75 percent of your crypt must be of vampires from the same clan. Only the core Camarilla Clans may be chosen (Brujah, Toreador, Malkavian, Ventrue, Nosferatu, Tremere). Gangrel are not allowed.
- Each Boon card in play grants the controlling player an additional vote in each referendum.
- Each player will receive one Imperator promo-only card. This card is legal for the storyline event.
- Each player will receive one copy of the Kaymakli Fragment promo card. This card may also be used in the event.
- Fall of the Camarilla, Recalled to the Founder, and Blood Trade are banned.
- Each round of the event will be played using a specially designed Imperator Deck. The operation of this deck and rules for play are presented in detail below.
- In the center of each table will be the Imperator Deck – a special 20-50 card resource everyone may play cards from as if from their own hand. There will be 3 cards drawn from the Imperator Deck and placed face up in the center of the table at all times. All players (and their minions) may play cards from the Imperator Deck. The event organizer is responsible for building and supplying the Imperator Deck for each table. But the Imperator Deck is only recommended and optional. Organizers may wish to run the tournament without an Imperator Deck.
