Nossies 2009: Nominations Begin Tonight

Let the 2009 V:TES Award season begin!

The Nossies is an online award I made up a year ago to allow fans of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle to vote and acknowledge the best new VTES cards from the past year.  (See last year’s results here)

Tonight is the beginning of the nomination process.  From now until March 9th, you can nominate a single card for five of the eight categories below.  Just reply to this post or email redlist@charlottebynight.com to have your nomination heard.

After that voting will begin at CharlotteByNight.com for a week and the winners will then be announced.

Eligibility:  Only brand new cards that were published in 2008 for the Twilight Rebellion and Keepers of Tradition expansions are eligible for competition.

  • Best Card of the Year
  • Best Vampire in a Leading Role
  • Best Vampire in a Supporting Role
  • Best Artwork used in a Library Card
  • Best Artwork used in a Crypt Card
  • Best Event Card*
  • Best Equipment Card*
  • Best Retainer or Ally Card*

*Nominations have already been set for these categories since there were only a handful of cards printed in 2008 eligible for those categories:
